15 contact centers
Contact classes – 4 x 2days conducted each quarter by experts from the Retail Industry
3 months – Research Project/Internship in Retail Company (equivalent to 2 subjects) |

| Examinations and Qualification |
| Examinations are held every six months. Candidates who qualify in the entire programme will be awarded the qualification with certification issued by THE ACELINE ACADEMIC BOARD. |
